Lastest Jewellery Trends

Hi this is my first post as a blogger. I had a very interesting discussion today with some members of an online Jewellery community on orkut.com, some of its interesting thoughts went like this:

Prabhat: Among young girls, whose age usually ranges from 16 to 25 years, terra-cotta jewellery is extensively in style. Such jewellery not only harmonises with saris, but also complements salwar kameezs and cotton fotuas. So say goodbye to metal ornaments for a while and feel the charm of traditional terra-cotta jewellery.

Me: terricotta jewellery ....is almost like a clay jewellery....it is not soft clay but a hard substance......it can b coloured and we can stick stones also on it....n like jewellery rhodium plated...these kind of jewellery are varnished and so have shine.....

Kashish: now these days people prefer some real sotnes strings with brass pendants
actually these are very cheap
and you can select from the lot of these designs
real stones means chalcedony and jade
with some real button pearls and some more
metal beads just as an enhancers
the cost of chalcedony tumble is not more than 10-20 rs a pc.
and you can find chalcedony in almost every color

Arti: it is steel also that is in now-a-days!!and even the brass jewellery is steel plated to give it a shinny look!!

Jyoti: i juz ringz mde out of denim and gem stones it looks stunnind....abit of metal is used to hold the materials together..its an amazin idea to creat something out of denim..basically for teenz..or ppl who like to wear jeanz..

Shikha: I have been noticing that Yellow gold is making a strong comeback and vintage is alsoo very trendy at the moment atleast thats the latest trend in belgium, france and dublin

Me: Micro setting is another term for pave setting.

Later on it was concluded, Yes it is true that old is gold and therefore everything which is vintage and natural is in trend but with a new look, just like these new bollywood re-mixes.
